Once we receive your order, we will send a written confirmation to the email address you provided. You should typically receive it within a few minutes. If you don't see the confirmation in your inbox, please reach out to our customer support team at sales@sportmarine.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
We strive to process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so once your order is finalized, it’s immediately sent to our warehouse for picking. This means changes or cancellations aren’t possible at that stage. However, you’re welcome to return your order within 14 days of delivery if needed, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the return process.
You can also purchase items at your nearest Sport Marine store. If something is out of stock, our team will be happy to order it for you, depending on the item.
While this option isn't available, we do offer a range of convenient payment methods, including debit and credit cards, as well as payment on delivery.
